Mother's Day as a Single Mom or Dad in 2021 - What if it is "Complicated"? - Let's Talk!

While the overall goal is to "honor your parents" on days like Mother's Day, what if you are estranged from your child and bathing in tears?   What if you are a dad raising a child alone, should you celebrate yourself?   What if your spouse's "ex" is dishing dirt that crushes you?

HOW do we put all that in the proverbial "parking lot" and simply honor those that give to our children, or try to.  What if we can focus on the tradition of honoring parents/co-parents instead of  conflicts, fear, and/or pain?

Being a parent is often hard and being a single parent can be even harder without support. Single Parent Advocate wants to help empower and partner with single parents on their parenting journey.
